Fort Belvedere at Shrubs Hill, the southern end of Windsor Great Park. This image dates to the year that Edward, Prince of Wales, took it as his country residence. See later images from 1935 (EPW046525)and 1937 (EPW053893) which show the stables, tennis court and swimming pool that were added in the years prior to Edward's accession to the throne and subsequent abdication which took place here in 1936.
