| On 2013 aerial images, The Pill has been filled to about this point. The terraces of houses on each side have been removed and much of the site remains as brown land while there are also some new industrial buildings. |

| A quick search turns up one of these vessels may well be HMS Druid, launched in 1911 and sold for disposal in May 1921. |

| These look like a pair of WW1 destroyers being scrapped. Many were sold for scrap in the early 1920s, which would place this image in the mid-1920s. |
