HQ of the North British Locomotive Company, Flemington Street. During WW1 this was temporarily converted to a hospital. Of musical interest, the North British Locomotive Works Band evolved into the City of Glasgow Military Band, then briefly the City of Glasgow Concert Band, which disbanded during the 1990s.
