this is definetly a U.S.navy vessel with high swept bow and the crane at the stern,

Battleship. 3 main turrets look like triples but no British vessel had that configuration. If the maindeck turrets were quadruples then it would be King George V class.Could be USN with that sheer, flared bow and 3 triples.
