| Unfortunately within another ten years as the Central Line tube construction had progressed beneath the roundabout, the location was to remain a nightmare for through traffic in dire need for there to have been a flyover in the original plans to carry the 'Southend' Arterial road (running from Wanstead direction bottom left across to top right). Attempts made between 2000 & 2010 have hardly cured the problem for the future. |
