Looks like a LUT type U tramcar. One of fifty type W cars that were reconditioned in 1910 -11. Originally - like most other tramcars, the top deck was open to the elements, now as can be seen it has a roof covering. This is possibly a service 67 just starting to get into its journey from Hampton Court to Hammersmith.
