Edinburgh Castle Bible mission. In the late 1940 and early 1950's, short films were shown here for the local kids, usually with a short religious story. Often the projector broke down bringing the evening to an early close, much to the disappointment of the kids. For most, if not all, these were the first movies they had ever seen. The complex was demolished in the 1960's.

This is a picture of 37 ST ANNS RD later changed to MIDLOTHIAN RD where the WATTS family used to live since the 1870's . Taken by my father in aprox the 1950's or 60's before it was all demolished. The building next door on the right was demolished because of bomb damage.
