Hurst Park Mill, Chesterton situated on Hurst Park Avenue, mid way between Milton Road and Orchard Avenue. Built 1855 and demolished 1957 to make way for private housing.

Original Milton Road ground, Cambridge Town AFC 1922-51/City 1951-2013. Record crowd 12,058 v Leytonstone 11/2/1950. In 1985 financial problems led to the club selling much of the site and building a new and much smaller facility on the remainder. A dubious deal by the then directors of the club in selling the site for a sum well below market value led to legal proceedings which found in favour of the club, who nevertheless moved to share at Histon while seeking approval for a new stadium in the city
