| The "cut area" was attached to Arrow Park; was used for the 3rd Boy Scouts' World Jamboree in 1929; was used for ATC training in 1950s (I remember squaddies "playing snipers" hiding in the grass, with child-me being asked to be lookout); now the site of Arrow Park General Hospital. |

It looks like they have cut drainage channels into the field so that it drains into the brook. |
