Denny's Testing Tank - now open to the public as a museum. Long water tank in which ship models were tested in various wave simulations. (Public not allowed into tank area due to Deep Water (Health & Safety!), but can view through glass.)

Definitely not. The Denny Ship Model Experimental Tank is situated off picture to the right. At the time of the photo it was part of the Denny yard. Now it is all that is almost all that is left.

The building pinned here was part of the Archibald McMillan & Son Ltd shipyard, which eventually closed in 1935. Ballantine's huge distillery replaced it until it was demolished in the mid 2000s.
