On reflection,I think they are minor cables with ducting hanging on the cables. Perhaps telephone. Wd railway signals/telephone cables be in ducting like this? |

this railway is very small narrow gauge, judging by the size of the rubble. |

Cyfraniadau Grŵp
The lower section looks like sand or mud flats and the shoreline shows evidence of wave erosion which has undercut the railway line.There is lots of stone(and other)debris around as well as worked stone blocks which could have been part of the sea defence here. |
