A tennis court to the north of The Goswells tree lined path which was an additional facility offered by the Bowls Club when it was first was formed in the 1920s. The bowling green itself was perhaps a little smaller than these days, and is out of shot at the bottom of the photo. Subsequently tennis courts were created on the south side, closer to Bridgewater Terrace, and operated by the RBNW council. '
