Clapham Tram Sheds. A few years still to go untill it, along with Wandsworth and Camberwell Green sheds, will be converted to bus garages, commencing service from 1st October 1950 as Stage 1 of Operation Tramaway. However, its life as a garage was brief as it became The Museum Of British Transport untill the London transport Museum in Covent Garden, and The National Rail Museum in York were set up.
