Are these signs of the station being rebuilt? There are no adverts on the hoardings and the canopy roofs seem to be incomplete. The platform edge of the bay seems to be very clean and the yard in front of the station has string of long wheelbase, open 4 wheeled wagons that could well have brought in the components for reconstruction... for example concrete platform materials from the Exmouth Junction Concrete works in Exeter. '
