This complex was Baker Perkins Bedewell Factory, next door to the Tube Works. My photo shows one of the Factories Sports Day on the field adjacent to the Factory. www.oldtyneside.co.uk for lots more historic images of our towns

On my 1897 Map, this building was a Rectory. As this aerial view is 49 years later I don't know if it is still a Rectory. Here is the building in later years before demolition & it was nicknamed 'the sick office'
