Rosemount cottages. My GT grandparents Stewart lived here. Their son William was killed at the Quintinshill (Gretna) rail disaster aged 22 on the 22nd May 1915. William's brother Robert (Bob) Stewart eventually moved to Ashington (Hirst) Northumberland to work at Ashington Colliery. rob.mcginley@btinternet.com
