View along the Spynie Loch drainage canal and the railway line to the station, sidings and engine shed. Most of the cottages left centre were demolished in a slum clearance programme in the early 30's, replaced by town council-owned houses. The level-crossing, the underpass and the Moray St pedestrian crossing can be seen. The big block of flats, centre, has been demolished and now replaced by a block of flats. Seatown was not cursed with fences until the 1950s. |

Spey Bay is not in this picture - it is about 5 miles to the east. |
