The former LMS Jerviston Branch to Coursington Road Junction (Dalzell yard, Motherwell). Truncated, it was later rebuilt as British Railways Ravenscraig Branch to Ravenscraig No3 yard, one of 4 yards built to serve the new steelworks.



To the right of the tag: Route of original Wishaw & Coltness Railway via the demolished Jerviston Viaduct across the South Calder Water valley. Northern parapet of former viaduct is also visible across the valley (tagged).
