Arnold Lodge School- Founded in 1864. Originally a dame school kept by Mrs Worthington at 2 Lillington Place, Leamington Spa, the school was in 1864 taken over by a former Assistant Master at Leamington College, Mr Alfred Kirk. Mr Kirk was an admirer of Dr Thomas Arnold of Rugby School, and he named the school Arnold Lodge School. The school will celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2014

This building still stands and with its odd square tower at the rear provides the location marker for this image. It does not appear that Homewood is in this picture, being located today well off to the left.

The current location of Homewood is well off to the left, it is not close to appearing in this image.

You can find Homewood between Cloister Crofts and Woodcote Road, both off Kenilworth Road.

The MHA website gives no indication that the location of Homewood was changed in the 2010 rebuilding.
