Arnold Lodge School - founded in 1864. Originally a dame school kept by Mrs Worthington at 2 Lillington Place, the school was in 1864 taken over by a former Assistant Master at Leamington College, Mr Alfred Kirk. He was an admirer of Dr Thomas Arnold of Rugby School, and named the school Arnold Lodge School. The school will celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2014

Homewood, now a care home, is well off to the left, not in this image. Rebuilt in 2010 the MHA website does not indicate the location was changed in the rebuilding.
