Tuberculosis sanatorium by Sydney Tattle for Surrey County Council, 1927-1929. Converted to a psychogeriatric and rehabilitation hospital in 1980-5. The hospital was still open in 2014, but many of the older buildings are now being demolished having been left in a derelict state.
