MTB, you can see the where the torpedo tubes have been.

Trips to the lighthouse and back before you have a chance to sit down!

Agree with John Wass that it was almost certainly an MTB. IIRC, MTBs were converted for use post-war for the Torbay ferries service to Brixham. Perhaps this is one of those awaiting conversion?
