Silvertown Way, built in the 1930s

Line between Stratford and North Woolwich - opened around 1855 when it was built as a result of the Royal Victoria Dock western entrance resulting in possible delays to trains along the original route of what became known as the 'Silvertown Tramway' although it was used for freight rather than trams!
