The mill named Henry Campbell & Co. Ltd was not in Newtownabbey as it did not exist in 1929, it was in the village of Mossley. Newtownabbey was formed by the merging of the villages of Carnmoney, Glengormley, Jordanstown, Mossley, Monkstown, Whiteabbey, Whitehouse and Whitewell. It was formally brought into being on 1 April 1958. |
