Wasn't this The Glen Ballroom in 1960/1970's where all the top stars (in their early days) came to perform - Tom Jones, Dust Springfield, etc. On the ground floor was a 20-lane 10 pin bowling alley and at the top was a decent restaurant, bars etc. Oh, those were the days my friend!
