This is the very first DH.82 Tiger Moth, G-ABRC. Over 8,000 of these famous aircraft were built and probably more wartime RAF pilots did their initial training on them than any other type. This prototype remained with de Havilland until impressed into RAF service in 1940 with serial BB723.
