Originally built as Thorn’s Cigar Factory, by this time it had become Beaulah’s processed pea canning factory. The Maud Foster Drain would reportedly turn bright green when the factory’s waste water was emptied into it. Demolished c.1974.

This cluster of buildings was known as Mill Hill. They were demolished and the site cleared in 1959.
