Buckingham mews, used as stables and for storing market barrows .Two story teraced , one used as a slaughter house.Later used for vehicle repairs and storeage.Mostly built from yellow stock bricks.

It's rucklidge avenue, not road, i lived at 156a in the 50's, we lived over a builders yard,the builder killed himself! since i left the flats have been refubished with added flats, its right on the corner with furness road.

My family lived at 103a high st,now jasmines shop, we lived on the top floor, and as children my brother and i would play on the roof at the back of the flats above the shop ( shop was john collier the tailor) no safety rail on the roof! we were told not to go to the edge, and we did'nt!
