Late C16/early C17. Limestone.
The fountain was acquired from Oxnead Hall c.1731 by the first Earl of Buckinghamshire, it was moved to its present position during the re- organisation of the gardens in 1872
The garden is much simpler here than when seen in 1932 - EPW039267 |
