I'd be inclined to agree except that lead-in lights are normally one line, not two, (set on centre line of runway). I would also expect wider roads that close to an airport runway. |

The last time I saw something like this, they were the tops of cut tree trunks in a hedge line. I suggest you take a look at the fourth epoch pre-WWII 1:2500 mapping! |

Vertical photo - unusual, most are oblique. I think this could be a prison or a hospital. Note the covered (walled?) links between buildings. More likely a prison, even in 1947 there was a need for parking space. |

I think this is definitely a hospital. Compare the huts on the left with the EMS huts on EAW002516 - there are several identical features. |
