Isn't this the swimming pool at Buckingham Palace that was bombed in the Blitz, looks like they are on their way to getting it back together now the war is over.

The Palace Hotel, Buckingham Gate. Completed in 1862. Built for James Gaby Breach, who was also the managing director of the Burlington Hotel, Cork Street
