This property was bought by Dr Hugh Auld Cochrane in 1932. The house was named ‘Granby’ (after the Marquis of Granby?) That name is on a plate above the front door. At one time it was No 3 Woodville Place, and named ‘Osmansville’. Originally built for an officer from Woolwich Barracks. Now The Bellegrove Surgery, 174 Bellegrove Rd. Welling Its neighbour number 176 was ‘Ravenscroft’.
