Mardon Hall University of Exeter - is the oldest purpose-built residence, built in 1933, with many original features such as the wood-panelled library (now used as a study room) and grand staircase still intact. The residence has wonderful views over the Exe Valley.

Visited the Mill on the Exe a number of times while on cricket tours of Devon. Always a great spot to sit out. Didn't know it had been a paper mill.
