Cirencester Lido :Built 1869/70 & was at construction ninety feet long by forty-five feet wide and contained 100,000 gallons of water.

This is the Great Western Railway station that was opened by the Cheltenham & Great Western Union Railway on 31st May 1841. It was the terminus of a branch line(originally broad gauge) from Kemble. It closed to passengers on 6th April 1964 and to goods on 4th October 1965.
