"Barkingside" terminal of Trolleybus route 691 which ran through Ilford to Barking. Extended by Half a mile from the tram terminus at Tanners Lane and Barkingside High Street, trolleybuses commenced running to here from 6th February 1938 and continued to do so for eleven and a half years untill 18th August 1959.
