A string of close coupled six wheeled stock. Both these and the neighbouring train of bogie coaches would shortly be transformed in bodies for the electric train about to be introduced. Indeed the later picture EPW028496 shows electrification at Grove Park.

A set of 6 bogie coaches with several six wheelers, which are probably brake vans, on the ends. The SECR use large numerals on the compartment doors to denote the class. These can be seen if you zoom in.

This is probably the branch train for North Bromley. This can be better seen in EPW028496

A line with a platform on both sides was a favourite of the South Eastern and Chatham Railway. There were something of an operational nightmare with the train having to be despatched from both sides at once. Ironically they would be easier to operate with modern stock with remotely operated doors that are closed and locked before departure.
