I lived here ( An upstairs flat,14 Lyon St) from 1944 to 1953 so when this aerial photo was taken I was 6yrs old. The photo must be after October 7th 1950 because that was when the Hebburn Theatre Royal burned down & I & my parents watched the fire from our front door only about 50 yds from the fire. '
