Tyne View Tce where 3 families lived including my McNeill relatives . The property had previously belonged to Tennant's Chemical Company & occupied by its Chemist & staff. When Tennant's closed down the property was rented out. My McNeill's lived there from the 1930s to the 50s when it was demolished. The photo from my www.oldtyneside.co.uk website shows my Aunty Esther Dent nee McNeill with her children Gerard & Monica in Tyne View garden. '
