' Poole's Coliseum Cinema in Albion Street. Originally called Gillsmith's Hippodrome, its name was later changed to the Coliseum. Closed in 1974. it became the Springbok Bar and was eventually demolished in 2011 to make way for a "high specification, five-storey building with commercial space to the ground floor and 14 luxury apartments above including a penthouse, together with residential parking." None of which have been occupied or sold to date. '
