' Chester House, Clarendon Place, designed by Giles Gilbert Scott (1880 - 1960) the prolific architect whose works included Liverpool Cathedral, Battersea Power Station and the K2 and K6 red telephone boxes. His uncle, John Oldred Scott (1841 to 1913), was the architect for St Sophia's Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Moscow Road, which can also be seen in this image. '
