Main office block. Gerards Soapworks became part of PZ Cussons Ltd and this is where "Cussons' Imperial Leather" soap was produced. The tall chimney is now (2021) all that is left of the site and still bears the name "Gerards" in big white lettering, although it's now somewhat timeworn. The site ceased production in 2006 and soap making was moved to Thailand to take advantage of the boom in Palm Oil. '
