This was called Tyne View Terrace and housed three families. Formerly it had been owned by the Tennant's Chemical Works and their Chemist and managers lived there. My McNeill relatives lived in one part and had a tennis court, indoor bathroom/toilet and even a phone line left from when Tennants had it.
