Police Box C38 - C Division - 38
This was originally installed as a Police Pillar (PA1 type) on May 29, 1933. Records indicate it was upgraded to a Police Box on May 13 1961. It was removed from service and the site on March 8, 1972.
It's location was recorded as:
Cramond Glebe Road, east side 300 yards north of Kirk Cramond - Cramond NW1
Conflict:
The records indicate this was made a police box in 1961, and yet the Photo is recorded as 1953. One of the records is incorrect hard to say which.
