This is Holy Trinity Church in West Street Fareham, Hampshire. It was built in 1835 and the spire was added in 1842. It looks a little different today as the spire was removed in 1992 as it had deteriorated beyond economical repair. If you look up the Church's website and click on the historical maps, it shows the tennis courts to the west, which are clearly visible in this photograph.
