  • This plate is in reverse! Note lettering on roof of Dry Dock
    Workshop.
    Is it Cardiff, there is a floating dock shown with a ship under repair. I understood the only floating dock was an L section pontoon outside the Channel Dry Dock, but I could be wrong.
