I think this is Barbican Chambers, 33a Earl Street. Many organisations used this building until it was destroyed in the 14 November 1940 blitz. Coventry Citizens Advice was based here for a month until it was destroyed!

Lady Herbert's homes for the elderly, constructed in Arts and Crafts style in 1935 and 1937. Sited in Lady Herbert's Gardens, created in the 1930's as a memorial to Sir Alfred Herbert's late wife.
