Swing Bridge carrying the PLA (Port of London Authority) railway across the link between the Royal Albert and the Royal Victoria Dock. Constructed in the 1870s. At the same time a tunnelled deviation under the link was made to prevent passenger trains being delayed by the opening of the swing bridge.
