These lines connect to the District line platform at South Acton that eventually ceased in 1959.

This would be the former bay road for the Passenger service to Hammersmith & Chiswick that ceased in 1917. The main services to Kew Bridge (ceased in 1940) and Richmond (still running) were running electric trains from 1914 using 3rd & 4th rail electrified lines.

Looks like four rail electrified track which narrows the possible locations down a bit.

South Acton was at one time known as 'Soapsuds Island' owing to the laundry industry that developed in the area. As can be seen from the photograph, it was not an unattractive urban area comprising, mostly, Victorian housing stock. However, this was to change from the 1950s onwards.

Most of the area was torn down and replaced with high density social housing blocks. Unsurprisingly, it was not long before the area gained a reputation for criminality, drug-taking and other anti-social behaviour. We have very little for which to thank the planners of that period.
