The short cul-de-sac in the centre of the photo, just above the main tennis court, is the present-day Nursery Road. The complex of buildings in the centre, presumably part of the tennis club at the time, is now the site of Wimbledon ambulance station.

The old ground alongside the Railway Path & what was then the L&SWR near Elm Grove. Tennis moved shortly afterwards and the land became the sports ground for The Wimbledon High School for Girls. My mother won a scholarship there and she played hockey on this ground before WW2. It is still visible, now smaller, and covered with artificial turf, but hockey is still played there.
