It is definitely Bray Lock viewed from the west some 500 yards north of the present river crossing by the M4.

I believe it should be "Bray Lock" as Andy says looking from the SW

Hi Mikee, your reference shows Boulter's Lock. Bray Lock is the next one down stream.

Andy is correct,this is Bray Lock on the Thames near Dorney. Taplow is close by. At bottom right is the old mill with millstream in the foreground. The lock and lock-keeper's cottage is central.
